Session pricing, NDIS billing, rebates, and how referrals work at More Than Counselling.
You can refer yourself... no GP referral is required to begin. Professionals such as GPs or specialists are welcome to contact Fionna on your behalf, with your consent. A GP referral becomes useful if you are pursuing private health insurance rebates or NDIS-funded support.
Telehealth sessions are the same fee as in-person appointments. Concession pricing may be available in certain circumstances · please ask.
More Than Counselling welcomes NDIS participants who are plan managed or self-managed. Services generally fall under Improved Daily Living or Improved Health and Wellbeing categories. A service agreement is completed before sessions begin, and invoices follow current NDIS pricing guidelines. Agency-managed participants are encouraged to make contact to discuss options. Support at Home funding streams are also welcome.
More Than Counselling proudly services Support at Home packages, with counselling delivered under the clinical stream. Clinical services attract no co-contribution... your counselling is fully funded under your package, at no cost to you. Invoices are issued in line with current Support at Home guidelines.
Rebates depend on your level of cover and your fund. Please contact your insurer directly to confirm your entitlements before your first session. You pay the full fee upfront and receive a receipt for claiming any rebate.
Payment is made at booking via credit or debit card, or by bank transfer. NDIS participants are invoiced in line with NDIS guidelines instead.
